Payment Method


  1. Order online through our secure website. We strongly recommend that you sign up for an account with us. This allows you to track your ordering information and delivery time.
  2. Email your order to We will get in touch within 1 business days to confirm your order and provide you with our payment details.

All payments are to be made in Singapore dollars. Please ensure that you enter the correct delivery address for your order. We will not be responsible for items sent to the incorrect address you provided.

Local Orders

All prices exclude local delivery postage. Customers can choose their mode of delivery. Refer to Delivery Section below for options and rates. For payment by credit card / PayPal, orders will be processed and sent out within 3 working day on receipt of the payment. If you are paying for your purchase by bank transfer, your order will be processed the following day after payment is received. Please note that the bank may take a few days to transfer the funds. To speed up the process, kindly notify us by sending us a text message to + 65 8626-1726 or email once you have done the transfer.

International Orders

You can select the items you wish to purchase and provide your delivery address at checkout. Our system will automatically advise the most appropriate shipping option and compute shipping charges.

You can pay either by Paypal or fund transfer. When the payment is received, your order will be packed and sent out the following day. You will receive an email with delivery information and tracking reference numbers. Please note that if you are paying by fund transfer, banks can take a few days to process your application. We will send out your items only upon receipt of your money in our account.

Kindly note that all orders delivered outside of Singapore may come with additional custom duties and taxes by your country. These additional costs are not covered in the regular shipping fees you are paying during checkout. It is the customers' responsibility to pay for any additional costs in order to receive their shipment.


1. Credit Card Payment

You can pay by credit card via PayPal in Singapore dollars. Paypal is a very safe and secure way to pay. It is used by millions of people in the world on a daily basis. For customers who wish to pay directly using credit card, without setting up a PayPal account, please choose the second option, "Pay With My Credit or Debit Card". 

2. PayPal Account 

If you would like to pay via your PayPal account, please choose the first option, "Pay With My PayPal account". 


3. Fund Transfer 

An account number for funds transfer will be e-mailed to you once you confirm your orders. Once you have done the transfer, kindly send us a text message with your name and order details (i.e. date of transfer and transaction reference number) to +65 8626-1726 or email us at so that your order can be processed promptly. Note that orders not paid for within 3 business days will be treated as cancelled and the items released for sale to other customers.

Delivery Policy


Normal/Registered Mail

We charge a flat rate of S$5 for local postage fee on purchases below S$50.  The local postage fee is waived for purchases above S$50. 

For orders over SGD80, we will have your items delivered to you by registered mail absolutely free of charge.


Dear customers, we are currently having a promotion to waive local mail charges, with no minimum order required. This is for limited period. Please do take advantage of this promotion if there are any books that you are interested to purchase! 

Local Courier

For those in a hurry to receive your orders, we also offer local courier services at SGD10.00 for normal addresses.

For local orders over SGD120, we can have your items delivered to you by local courier absolutely free of charge. Please note that we can only deliver to one address.

Self Collect

If you wish to self collect in Singapore, please select Self-Collect option at checkout page. The pick-up point is at Toa Payoh MRT. Please liaise with us via email on the date and time to pick up your order. Payment should be made in advance either by bank transfer or through Paypal.


For international orders, it will be sent out via Singapore's Speedpost Air Parcel (9-15 working days), unless otherwise specified.

Exchange & Returns

At Read With Me Mommy, we assure you that all care is taken to check our products prior to being sent. We understand that faults do occur and we will happily exchange items that are genuinely proven in our opinion to be defective. Refunds for defective items will be reviewed on a case by case basis.

For defective items you can either fill up the "contact us form" or email providing details of your defective item outlining faults and we will be in touch with you within 48 hours to discuss the problem and send you an address for return. If this item is already sold out or out of stock, we will offer you alternatives of the same value for exchange or if the item you want is of a higher value, a top up of the difference is required. For such an exchange, we will absorb our shipping charges and have the new item sent out to you once we receive the original defective item. Exchange has to be done within 3 days of receipt of the item in its original packaging/condition.

All exchanges have to be done within 3 days of receipt of your order with proof of purchase. Unfortunately we will not be able to give you a refund if you have ordered the wrong book. Do also note that sale items are not exchangeable and exchange cannot be done due to a change of mind.

What should I do if the item that I am interested in is out-of-stock?

We replenish our stocks every month. As long as the product remains on our store, it means that we are looking to replenish the stock level. If there are any product which you are interested in but is currently out-of-stock, please email us at We will be most happy to drop you a note once the new stocks are in.
