Is That A Hole? 那是一个洞吗？  is originally written in Italian. This is the Chinese translated version. This board book comes in simplified Chinese with accompanying hanyu pinyin. 

The Story

While playing, a kitten started to notice holes around her. There are big holes and small ones. In this book, she goes around exploring all the holes that she crosses her path.  She will introduce your child to a kennel (well, let's see whose home is this?), a tree trunk with hole (is that the "doing" of a wood-pecker?), a hole on the leaf (isn't that a caterpillar's dinner?), a hole in an apple, and finally a hole in the wall. Join her as she peeps into the final hole and a happy scene awaits her.

Illustrations are attractive and given that it is a board book, parents do not have to worry about torn pages. 

We would recommend this book for children who are 9 months and above.
